COOSS is a no-profit organisation providing social services to disadvantaged people. Born in 1979, it has steadily increased the typology of services and the number of users served: nowadays, COOSS counts more than 2150 employees and operates all over the regional territory. 

DIRECT Association was created in 2009 in Bucharest, Romania, to support social, educational and cultural activities, encouraging the transnational circulation of artistic and cultural works, and enhance the intercultural dialogue.
