Centro Studi e Formazione Villa Montesca

Centro Studi Villa Montesca is an institution developing and experimenting new didactical methods and pedagogic perspectives. It offers a broad spectrum of multi-disciplinary research expertise and training activities, new perspectives and methods for enhancing the participation in a European area of education. In Villa Montesca, in 1909, Maria Montessori held the first seminar which gave life to the first publication of the Method for Scientific Pedagogy, universally known as the Montessori Method. Today CSFVM promotes a democratic space of education, European cooperation in the fields of education, audiovisuals and culture and the valorization of diversity in educational and cultural relationships.
